We also offer a variety of styles to suit your needs: 🧘🏾 Gentle/Yin Yoga: A slower, more meditative practice that delves deeply into each pose for enhanced flexibility & relaxation. 🧘🏾♂️ Chair Yoga: Adapted poses that make yoga accessible for all, focusing on stability & gentle movement. 🧘🏾♀️Power Yoga: A vigorous practice that builds strength & stamina, providing a robust workout experience. Cancellation Policy
At Myx Lokal, we understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all, we’ve created the following policy for cancellations and rescheduling: - Cancellations/Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking for any class, event, or workshop up to 72 hours before the start time to receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking. - No Refund After 72 Hours: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund. This includes no-shows or same-day cancellations. - Booking Cut-Off Times: Please note that the latest you may book a class, event, or workshop may vary depending on availability and capacity. Be sure to check the specific event details for cut-off times.
