To ensure the best experience for all, we’ve created the following policy for cancellations and rescheduling: - Cancellations/Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking for any class, event, or workshop up to 72 hours before the start time to receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking. - No Refund After 72 Hours: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund. This includes no-shows or same-day cancellations. - Booking Cut-Off Times: Please note that the latest you may book a class, event, or workshop may vary depending on availability and capacity.
