Rooted & Restored is a community wellness experience created to help you slow down, reset, and feel nourished again. This gathering centers intentional rest, gentle care, and restorative wellness practices designed to support the body, calm the mind, and soften the nervous system — especially in the heart of winter when we need it most.

Guests will enjoy on-the-spot wellness services, thoughtful self-care offerings, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages presence, connection, and ease. Held in honor of Black History Month, this experience acknowledges the deep cultural roots of rest, healing, and community care — while remaining open and inclusive to everyone seeking renewal.
